My name is Robert Rodgers. I was born in Paddington, London (UK). I moved to Florida over nine years ago with my wife, Liz, and two children, Lora and Bobby. I started out in real estate about eight years ago when my broker, Ray Smith, who actually sold my first house to me, asked me to get involved with his company. He was aware that I had been in the building industry for a number of years and felt that I could use my experiences to advise and assist people in buying homes in Florida. His decision was also down to my extensive knowledge and practice working with all types of people during my career in England including celebrities. I pride myself in honesty and do not "beat-around-the-bush" in regards to answers. Why use ten words when one can suffice.

As a Real Estate Agent, I try to find the buyer EXACTLY what they request. My thought process is not based on what I, as an individual, can gain from the buyer but what I can gain for the buyer. I live in Windermere, Florida across from Lake Butler which is an area I am very familiar with. Over the years, I have concentrated on the short-term rental market in and around the Davenport area. I have over 50 million dollars in home property sales and with that said I have built up a large amount of loyal clients who purchase and come to me for their property investment advice. I am licensed to sell any home listed on the Multi-Listing Service (MLS). As a buyer’s agent, I owe loyalty to my client, none to the selling agent. One can rest assure that I will do my utmost to find a home that fits every criteria given to me.
I am fortunate to be able to pick and choose clients as I will not work with anyone who I feel is not compatible for both our benefits. With that said, I do not discriminate as I have worked with dustman, policeman, solicitors, doctors, celebrities, multi-millionaires, mega-millionaires, persons in their 20's to over 70. Ultimately, it all comes down to personality.
Once one becomes a client of mine, they become a friend and I will do what it takes to make sure my client remains happy and never lose them as a client or friend.
